The Coral have released 3 full-length albums, their self titled debut The Coral, its follow up Magic and Medicine and their most recent The Invisible Invasion, as well as a 'mini-album' Nightfreak and the Sons of Becker. All their albums besides their most recent were produced by The Lightning Seeds singer/songwriter Ian Broudie.

The band play an unusual style of music which is a mixture of old fashioned country and folk music and modern rock. Their music is often used in the soundtrack to many T.V. adverts and programmes (in the U.K.). Although they have a fan base in the North American market, they have yet to achieve a mainstream audience.
