The Commons

The Commons apartment complex is located around Little Lake Brian in Orlando Florida. This is one of four exclusive company sponsored housing locations for the Walt Disney World College Program and the Walt Disney World International Program interns. This complex has traditionally been reserved for international interns on the WDWIP, but in recent years many WDWCP interns have been allowed to live here due to housing limits in the other complexes.

The complex is not owned nor managed by Disney, instead the entire complex has been leased for an undisclosed period of time and a "non affiliated" management company oversees the complex. The complex has two or three bedroom apartments which are each based on dual occupancy. So the two bedroom apartment is designated for four people while the three bedroom apartment is for six. While on the WDWIP/WDWCP, each apartment has a fully furnished bedroom (bed, dresser, mirror), living room (couch, easy chair, coffee table, two end tables) and kitchen (all plates, cups, mugs, utensils and appliances).
