The Coming
The Coming was the first solo album released by former Leaders of the New School representative Busta Rhymes. Fresh off the jump Busta Rhymes was known as one of the illest wordsmiths to ever rock a mic. After his underground departure from Charlie Brown (not from the Peanuts) and the crew, Busta was eager to spread his name across the globe. He did collaborations with A Tribe Called Quest (Scenario Remix) and Craig Mack (Flava In Ya Ear Remix), as well as Boyz II Men, Mary J Blige, and TLC. Known for his rugged style of Jamaican influenced Hiphop, Busta Rhymes was able to use The Coming as leaverage into the Hiphop Community.

Everyone should have heard Woo Hah, Got You All In Check by now. If not, be sure to check that and the remix featuring the ODB (RIP Dirty!). Everything Remains Raw is one of the most rugged tracks ever in Hiphop, and his follow up on When Disaster Strikes is great. On The Coming, Busta Rhymes predicted the end of the world in 1999-2000; fortunately it wasn't the case. But thankfully Busta and his legend live on.
