"The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)" is a specially released Christmas single from Christina Aguilera. Although it was later included on her album My Kind of Christmas, the single originally did not have a source album. Released in 1999, the single peaked at #18 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Aguilera's first single to not hit #1, or enter the Top 10. However, it should be noted that the single was only a limited seasonal holiday release. The single was not released in the UK. The single is most known for being Aguilera's first seasonal single.
