Looking to swap my Castro / Mission Studio Apt for the holidays or beyond. I want to travel more but don't want to give up such prime real estate. Make me an offer, time frame, location negotiable. Hawaii sounds nice this time of year. It's fully furnished and has a loft bed, which adds a little more space. Great view off the back porch and perfectly in between the Castro, the Mission, and Hayes Valley. Includes cable tv, wifi, and laundry downstairs. Walking distance to just about everything, including about 30 restaurants (including two open all night), trolly car to downtown is just outside.
