Thamesville, Ontario
Thamesville is a small town located at the old junctions of Highways 2 and 78, now local roads and a road between Chatham and London in Ontario. Its name comes from the "Thames River" that flows nearby and the suffix -ville.

It has a very small downtown with many notable restaurants and stores. Students here get bused to Dresden Ontario for Highschool (Lambton Kent Composite School)It has one public school (Thamesville Area Central School), and a Catholic School ( St. Pauls )
