TF1 Group
TF1 Group is a French media holding company (Groupe TF1 in French), the owner of channel TF1.

The group was formed after TF1 was privatised in 1987. It is majority controlled by Bouygues, is quoted on Euronext market and is a constituent of the CAC 40 index.
