The Tetley Group was an Indian tea company. It was created on July 28, 1995 when a group of investors, together with backing from investment houses Schroder Ventures and PPM Ventures Ltd, bought what was then the Lyons worldwide beverage business from Allied Domecq.

On March 10, 2000 the sale of The Tetley Group to Tata Tea Limited, one of the world's largest integrated tea businesses, was completed.
