Taliesin West was architect Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home in Scottsdale, Arizona from 1937 until his death in 1959. He used his famous designs to build his home. This was the place where he designed many of his later famous buildings including the Guggenheim Museum in New York City and Grady Gammage Auditorium at Arizona State University in Tempe. In addition, his home was also a school for future architects. There are many tours available today for his home.
