Tacoma Art Museum
Founded in 1935, Tacoma Art Museum was run by volunteers until the 1970s and has been located in several areas throughout the years. It now resides in a brand-new building on Pacific Avenue in downtown Tacoma, Washington. Its permanent collection includes work from world-renowned artist Dale Chihuly as well as Mary Cassatt, Jean Baptiste, and Edgar Degas.
