Sweetheart deal
The term Sweetheart deal is used to describe an abnormally favorable contractual arrangement. The most typical sweetheart deal is a labor contract that is favorable to employers, arranged by trade unions in order to obtain the opportunity to represent a group of employees; however other types of these arrangements exist.
