Swedish Army
The Swedish Army, or Armén is the army branch of the Swedish Armed Forces, the military of Sweden.
Organization
The peace time organization of the Swedish Army is divided into a number of training regiments for the different corps. The number of training regiments has been drastically reduced since the end of the Cold War:

Infantry Corps
One battalion of infantry troops:

Cavalry Corps
One regiment and two battalions of cavalry troops:

- Livregementets hussarer (K 3) located in Karlsborg
- Norrlands dragoner (former K 4) (part of I 19) located in Arvidsjaur
- Livgardet (LG) (one battalion) located in Stockholm/Kungsängen
Armoured Corps
Three regiments of armoured troops:

- Skaraborgs regemente (P 4) located in Skövde
- Södra skånska regementet (P 7) located in Revingehed
- Norrbottens regemente (I 19) (belongs to the Armoured Corps despite its designation) located in Boden
Artillery Corps
One regiment of artillery troops:

- Artilleriregementet (A 9) located in Boden
Anti-Aircraft Corps
One regiment of anti-aircraft troops:

- Luftvärnsregementet (Lv 6) located in Halmstad
Engineer Corps
One regiment of engineering troops:

- Göta ingenjörregemente (Ing 2) located in Eksjö
Signal Corps
One regiment of signaling troops:

Logistic Corps
One regiment of supply troops:
