Stuart Zender

Stuart Zender is a British bassist, working as a songwriter and music producer. He is well known for his playing on the first three albums of Jamiroquai: Emergency on Planet Earth, The Return of the Space Cowboy and Travelling Without Moving. He left the group during recording of fourth album Synkronized because of a conflict between him and Jay Kay, Jamiroquai's singer, and now works with All Saints, Omar, Lauryn Hill and others. He is married to Melanie Blatt of former UK girl group All Saints.
