Stripes (film)
Stripes is a 1981 American comedy film starring Bill Murray, Harold Ramis, and Warren Oates. The director was Ivan Reitman.
Plot summary
John Winger (Murray) and Russell Ziskey (Ramis) sign up in the army, thinking that it would be a good way to meet girls. Along the way they, get on the wrong side of their drill sargeant, bluff their way through graduation, and get involved in mud wrestling.

The movie is "dated" in some ways, as it is set in Cold War Europe, but the humor is generally based on broader concepts that are still amusing.
