Stringer Davis (born June 4, 1896 in Birkenhead, Cheshire, England, died August 29, 1973 in Chalfont St. Giles, Buckinghamshire, England, was a British actor.

Gentle-mannered English character player in small parts. Stringer Davis was married to Margaret Rutherford, an actress who portrayed Miss Marple in several Agatha Christie movies from 1961 to 1965. Mr. Davis almost always played a character they called "Mr. Stringer." Mr. Stringer was not really a character in any of Agatha Christie's novels, but he was written in as a favor to Ms. Rutherford. He also appeared in other Rutherford films.
