Stonewall (film)
Stonewall was the final film made, in 1995 by British film director Nigel Finch, who died of an AIDS-related illness shortly after completing the film.

Set in the weeks leading up to the Stonewall riots and following the lives of some gay New Yorkers and their harassment by the police at the Stonewall Inn leading to the riots and the start of the Gay Liberation movement.

The film was based on the book by Martin Duberman and stars Guillermo Diaz, Frederick Weller, Duane Boutte and Brendan Corbalis. Dwight Ewell, seen in some of Kevin Smith's movies (most notably Chasing Amy) and Luis Guzman also make cameos.
