Steve Reed (musician)

Steve Reed is a bass guitarist, singer, and soundman that have worked with several Los Angeles-area bands over the past two decades. Although he has played with Lethal Weapon and Slovenly amongst others, he is more familiar to fans of Alternative rock and punk for his role as soundman and offstage backing vocalist for fIREHOSE and, after that band's split in 1994, the solo career of their bassist/songwriter Mike Watt. In his touring role with fIREHOSE, he can be heard singing backing vocals on "Mannequin" from Live Totem Pole EP.
