Stephen Lynch (comedian)

Stephen Lynch (born July 28 1971), is an American singer and comedian, famous for his raunchy comic lyrics. He was born in Abington, Pennsylvania, but grew up in the suburbs of Saginaw, Michigan. He went to college at Western Michigan University, where he learned to play the guitar, as a drama major. His Comedy Central Presents special was the highest rated in the networks history. He went on tour headlining with Mitch Hedberg. This was the last tour of Hedberg's before his death. Lynch is set to play the title role in the upcoming Broadway musical version of the Adam Sandler movie the Wedding Singer.

On October 4, 2005, Stephen released his third official CD of new material, ?The Craig Machine? (What Are Records). The CD was recorded live at Symphony Space in New York City.
