Room for rent: 1700 sq ft, 3 bdrm, 2 level apt, utils/ internet incl (san jose west) $700

I have a room for rent, available now, off 280 / Saratoga. Rent is $700/month, $35 credit check (required by property manager) and $500 deposit, and everything is included. Rent is month to month, but you do need to sign the apartment owners rules and rental agreement. Rent is all inclusive (rent, pge, DirectTV, FAST Internet, house cleaner). The room is 10 1/2' x 11 1/2', with a 8' x 2 1/2' closet area (sliding doors are currently off, so the room is bigger). It is a very quiet, 2 level apartment, the main one in a 16 plex. It is basically like a house. It has only one shared wall with the rest of the complex. It is 1700 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with 2 car garage (garage available for storing some of your things but parking is in the lot). I have a house cleaner come every 2 weeks to clean the common areas and the bathrooms, FAST Comcast business internet with 2 static IP addresses, and more available. I have an Apple Airport Extreme, so you get fast 130 mbs 802.11n wireless access. Direct TV is in every room, with HBO & Starz, and a small 13" TV already there for your use. I have a "media" server setup with lots of movies for you to watch off your laptop or computer in your room (various content to please all). No need for blockbuster :) Huge kitchen with cooking privileges, and enclosed, covered balcony / patio for BBQing (with a nice BBQ) I prefer foreign roommates as generally they are more respectful and polite, but anyone that is low key and easy to get along with is cool, male or female.
