St. Lawrence University

Saint Lawrence University (St. Lawrence University) is a private liberal arts co-educational college, located in the Village of Canton in Saint Lawrence County, New York. This college was founded in 1856 and is the oldest co-educational university in the state of New York. It's colors are scarlet and brown. It has about 2000 undergraduate and 100 graduate students, about equally split between male and female. There are also students representing US minorities and more than 24 countries.

The school song is called "Alma Mater" was written by songwriter J.K. Gannon of "I'll Be Home for Christmas" fame.
