Spotfest (professional wrestling)

In professional wrestling, a spotfest is a match which consists mainly or entirely of spots, normally with little flow between moves and no logical transitions. A spotfest is normally a fast-paced, exciting match with constant displays of athleticism, but many fans regard spotfests as poorly structured. In addition, spotfests often contain many high risk moves, and therefore endanger the health of the participants. A spotfest will often include a large number of high-flying moves.
