South of the Border, West of the Sun
South of the Border, West of the Sun is a short novel by the popular Japanese novelist, Haruki Murakami. It tells of the reunion between two childhood sweethearts, Hajime and Shimamoto, the former having found success, with the ownership of two jazz clubs, a marriage, and two daughters.
