We are going on holiday, and would like to sublet our house. It's a cute cottage with a garden, super convinient - as it is just off California Ave. shopping area, train station, cafes, Sunday farmers market, restaurants and organic supermarkets. Especially efficient if you are dependant on public transport - CalTrain to san Francisco or buses all around the Bay area. The house is cosy and beautiful with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, high quality sound system and DSL. We have a real working wood fireplace (as well as regular gas heater). One car parking spot. You will love this place, as it is nice and very comfy. Rent is for the period of Dec. 14th - Jan. 7th, and includes free telephones in the USA, DSL, gas electricity and water. Our cat is normally around and needs to be fed, although he spends the days outside, but sleeps in his bed in the studio. Bedroom has a full bed and a bunk, and can accommodate three, if needed.
