Solution-focused counseling
Solution-focused Counseling is a solution focused brief therapy model developed by Jeffrey Guterman. The model comprises an integration of solution-focused principles and techniques, postmodern theories, and an eclectic approach. Various similar, yet distinct, models have also been referred to as solution-focused counseling.
