Solkar
Solkar was a renowned figure in Vulcan society. Solkar was Vulcan's first ambassador to Earth; it has been suggested that Solkar was the captain of the Vulcan crew that intiated first contact with humans (although this has yet to be officially confirmed in an episode or movie, since the Vulcan captain was not given a name in the film). Solkar sired generations of worthy Vulcans: his son Skon, grandson Sarek, and great-grandson Spock. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
