SNN 6 (commonly known as SNN) is a Comcast 24/7 news station operating in Sarasota, Florida. The station operates in conjunction with the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, and the Herald-Tribune owns the station. The station reports in Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties. The station reports 24/7, but does not report live. The station tapes a newscast and runs it for about 5 hours, and does another taping. Rarely does the station do live broadcasts, but does during breaking news and special events. The station occasionly broadcasts high school football games in the area.
