She is the younger sister of Taylor Momsen.

Making appearances in the live action version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas as a little girl dreaming of sugarplums. Sloane's first major role came two years later, when she starred in We Were Soldiers with Mel Gibson. Sloane's next appearance wasn't made until 2004 in Law & Order.

Makenzie Vega along with Sloane Momsen do not make appearances in Daddy Day Care, although Elle Fanning, the younger sister of Dakota Fanning does star.
