Sky High (2005 film)

Sky High is a Disney Pictures film that opened in the United States on July 29 2005. It was directed by Mike Mitchell and was written by Paul Hernandez, Robert Schooley, and Mark McCorkle.

The School

The fictional school, subject of the 2005 Disney film, is a high school campus (complete with buildings and gym) that rests on bowl-like hull equipped with anti-gravity propulsion that allows it to float almost effortlessly above the city. The school is also situated at an altitude that puts it above the clouds so it cannot be seen from the ground.

The school is not pressurized for the difference in atmosphere, as we see the characters walking around inside and outside effortlessly. There is also little wind.
