Skon


 
 

In the fictional Star Trek universe, Skon is a noted figure in Vulcan diplomacy and military history. He once translated a copy of "The Teachings of Surak" into English, which T'Pol later gave to Captain Jonathan Archer. Skon would later become the father of Sarek and hence the grandfather of Spock. Skon is himself the son of another famous Vulcan, Ambassador Solkar.

Skon and his family live in the Vulcan city of ShiKahr, which has long been a family home (Skon, Sarek and Spock all hailed from ShirKahr). The identity of Skon's wife (Sarek's mother) has not yet been revealed; speculation abounds as to her identity
