Simon Fowler

Simon Fowler (born 25 May 1965) is the lead vocalist and acoustic guitarist Ocean Colour Scene.

Fowler was educated at Tudor Grange School in Solihull and then went on to become a journalist, working for the Birmingham Post and Mail.

Fowler has also appeared on as a backing singer for Paul Weller and with Kate Rusby.

British tabloid newspaper The Sun revealed that Fowler was gay in 1998. He lives with his long term partner Robert in Warwickshire.
