Shoshana Bean

Shoshana Bean (born September 1, 1977) holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. She was in the original cast of the Off-Broadway run of Godspell and was also in the original production of Broadway's Hairspray. Ms. Bean had the opportunity to travel America when she performed in the national tour of Leader of the Pack. She was cast as the replacement for Tony Award winner, Idina Menzel, in Broadway's Wicked. She was originally a standby for Ms. Menzel before she started her official run as 'Elphaba' on January 11th, 2005.
