Exchange our SF loft for your Manhattan or Hamptons-Xmas/New Years (potrero hill)

We're looking for an exchange for our loft for Xmas/New Years. Our 3 level condo is in the sunniest part of San Francisco and we are looking for a minimum 1+ bedroom apartment/condo in Manhattan (in Manhattan only no boroughs or NJ) and/or near East Hampton anytime during 12/23-1/3. Professional gay couple seeks professional or student, gay or gay friendly housemate to move in anytime soon. US: We are a younger-middle aged gay couple, fun loving and friendly, busy professional and respectful, clean but not running a museum. Great for entertaining a dinner party. The Room: Is average size 12x14 wth full length mirrorred door closets. Your room comes with what is basically your own bathroom that is across the living room from your bedroom (guests use this bathroom also). Room is carpeted. The Rent: $750 is due up front plus a $750 security deposit (1/2 to move in and 1/2 due second month). $1125 total to move in. PGE, basic cable, local land line service and wireless internet are all included in rent.
