Sherman's Planet is a planet in the fictional Star Trek universe.

The planet is an agricultural world of strategic importance and has been claimed by both the Klingons and the Federation for colonisation. Not much else is known about it except that under the terms of the Organian Peace Treaty, which ever side that can best develop the planet can have the rights to it.

The planet was discussed but never seen in the ' episode The Trouble with Tribbles. In this episode a Klingon conspirator poisoned a shipment of grain headed to Sherman's Planet which violated treaty agreements and the Klingons lost their rights to the world.

Episode writer David Gerrold named the planet after his then girlfriend Holly Sherman.
