Shelley v. Kraemer
Shelley v. Kraemer, 334 U.S. 1 (1948) was an important United States Supreme Court civil rights case. The opinion of the Court was written by Chief Justice Fred M. Vinson. There were no dissents, although for various reasons three associate justices did not participate in consideration of the case.
