Located at 5,000 feet this is about 1,500 feet above Arnold and is pleasantly cooler than the lower elevations in the summer and has plenty of snow for sledding right on the property in normal snowfall years. Wood stove with plenty of wood for that winter cabin experience you're looking for. This is a 1600 sq. ft., four bedroom, 2 bath cabin with an additional 600 sq. ft. game room and additional bathroom. Nicely furnished and with an unsurpassed game room that is equipped with high quality oversized 8 foot pool table, arcade quality air hockey, foosball, poker table, big screen TV, Playstation 2, ping-pong. Don’t let the low rates fool you, this is a quality vacation home that would rent for at least 50% more if managed by a management company.
