Shannon Noll

Shannon Noll (born 16 September, 1975) is an Australian singer, runner-up of the first series of Australian Idol.

Controversies

On 19 December 2004, Noll was caught driving with an blood alcohol content of 0.11 (more than twice the legal limit of 0.05) after socialising with friends at Condobolin Hotel and pleaded guilty to the charge. 1

Also in 2004, newletter Popbitch reported that one of its readers worked at a brothel that Noll frequently used. Noll strenuously denied the allegations but admitted using marijuana and using a brothel "as a kid". 3
