Shakespeare Santa Cruz
Shakespeare Santa Cruz is a Shakespeare festival held annually at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Plays are held indoors at the drama department and outdoors in a redwood grove ("The Glen"). Artistic directors since its founding in the early 1980s have included Michael Edwards, Danny Scheie (known for gender-bending casting), and Paul Whitworth.
