A room with loft in converted warehouse for December (SOMA / south beach) $1200

I am going to El Cajon for a project and looking to sublet my room in this converted warehouse located @ 19 Heron Street ,SF for the month of December. There are 8 of us living in the warehouse aged between 22-39, both boys and girls , and very friendly. Each of us has own large room with loft (you will be subletting mine),and share huge common area with turntables and movie projector ,kitchen with 2 fridges and 3 bathrooms(1 with tub). There are also washer & Drier. A wonderful Lady comes to clean common area and bathrooms twice a week too. Rent includes utilities,internet,household stuff(TP,Dish soap etc) There will be a bed on loft and Desk,audio system, printer,sewing machine, my stuff(not much),and lots of space in the room.
