• Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, Massachusetts (Seminary, 1837; College 1888)
• Radcliffe College, Cambridge, Massachusetts (1879; now part of Harvard University)
• Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts (1871)
• Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, New York (1861; now coeducational)
• Wellesley College, Wellesley, Massachusetts (1875)

Two of the Seven Sisters, Mount Holyoke and Smith, are also members of the Five Colleges.
