~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Sela attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, where she performed as one of the Crimson Tide football cheerleaders. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ She is most widely known for her Emmy Award-winning television roles, playing free-spirited Teddy on Sisters (1991-96) and single mom Lily on Once and Again (1999-2002). As of 2005 she has a recurring role in the series House M.D. as the ex-wife of the protagonist. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Her first film role was in The Man Who Loved Women, released in 1983. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
