Sebastian Telfair (born June 9, 1985 in Brooklyn, New York) is a professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association.

Telfair was the 13th selection of the 2004 NBA Draft by the Portland Trail Blazers out of Lincoln High School. At 5'11" he became the shortest high school player to be drafted. Many felt that he was over-rated and drafted too high.
