Scott Pierce
Scott Pierce is a brother of Barbara Bush. He was president of E. F. Hutton & Co. when it engaged in criminal activity in the 1980s and pled guilty on behalf of the company in 1985 to 2000 federal criminal counts of mail fraud and wire fraud.
