Saved by the Bell

Saved by the Bell was a popular teen sitcom which ran from 1989 to 1993 and built a large, loyal fanbase. Its original incarnation, Good Morning, Miss Bliss (1987), starred Hayley Mills as the good-natured Miss Carrie Bliss who oversaw later Saved by the Bell cast Lark Voorhies, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, and Dustin Diamond as well as other students. Good Morning, Miss Bliss would later be retitled Saved by the Bell.

Finale

The original Saved By the Bell franchise came to an end in 1994 with a two hour movie called Saved by the Bell: Wedding in Las Vegas . The movie featured Kelly, Zack, Slater, Lisa, and Screech taking a road trip to Las Vegas for a quicky Vegas wedding, as both Zack and Kelly's parents refuse to financially pay for the two's wedding as a means to try and stop it from happening. During their trip into Vegas, the guys lose the money Zack and Kelly saved up for the wedding/honeymoon and end up having to work as professional male "escorts" to make money. Meanwhile, Lisa falls in love with a bellboy, who turns out to be the son of a wealthy casino owner and the gang end up helping Lisa's boyfriend stop a group of thieves from stealing from his parents.

In the end, Zack and Kelly decide to wait and return to Bayside and find that their parents have changed their mind and agree to pay for the wedding. Zack and Kelly are married as prodigal daughter Jessie Spano appears at the last minute (a literal case of last minute, due to Berkley having scheduling problems with the filming of Showgirls reducing her screentime to a last minute cameo) to watch her friends marry. The series ends with Zack and Kelly's wedding night.
