Sas van Gent
Sas van Gent (population: 8,587) is a town in the southwestern Netherlands, in the province of Zeeland on the border with Belgium. It is now a part of the municipality of Terneuzen.

The Ghent-Terneuzen Canal passes through Sas van Gent, and at that point there is a lock in the canal. The name of the village, Sas van Gent, means sluice of Ghent.
