Sara Lee Corporation () is an American consumer-goods company based in Chicago, Illinois; Sara Lee is also the brand name of a number of frozen and packaged foods.

The company was called Consolidated Food Corporation until 1985, when it adopted the name of its best-selling brand, Sara Lee. It obtained that name in 1956 when it bought a company then known as Kitchens of Sara Lee.

As of 2004, Sara Lee Corporation has operations in 58 countries; sells food, clothing and household products in nearly 200 nations; and has 150,000 employees worldwide.
