Samson (band)

Samson were one of the bands Bruce Dickinson sang for before he joined Iron Maiden. At the time Bruce Dickinson was going by the name Bruce Bruce. Former Iron Maiden drummers Clive Burr and Thunderstick were also in Samson at one time. Paul Sampson was Samson's guitarist, as well as lead vocalist before Bruce Dickinson took over lead vocal duty.

Samson released such albums as Survivors, Head On, and Shock Tactics. They also appeared briefly in the movie Incubus(1981) as the band on stage when the titular creature attacks someone in the venue's toilets.
