Samantha Mulder

Samantha Mulder is a fictional character in the 1993-2002 television series The X-Files. She is the sister of FBI Special Agent Fox Mulder.

She has been kidnapped by the aliens when she was 8 years old (in 1973, Fox was 12 years old that year). Mulder's obsession with extraterrestrials began as a result of this incident. In "Redux II" the CSM intoduces Mulder a girl whom he claims to be Samantha.

The fact that the Cigarette Smoking Man could be Mulder's and Samantha's father still not clear. "Redux II" offers some sort of answer, but we have no way of knowing yet if this is the final one, so all other possibilities are still open. (See Cigarette Smoking Man for further details.)
