Salvage One

Salvage One was a short lived ABC-TV television series about a salvage yard operator with a dream of salvaging the junk left on the moon by the Apollo Programs in the 1960's and 1970's.

The show starred Andy Griffith as Harry Broderick, the owner and operator of Jettison Scrap and Salvage Company. Joel Higgins played former astronaut Addison "Skip" Carmichael, and Trish Stewart was former NASA fuel expert Melanie Slozar. ABC aired 15 episodes out of 19 produced. The show ran from January, 1979 until November, 1979.
