"Salem" is derived from the Hebrew word "Shalom", which means peace. Historically, Salem has been nicknamed the "Cherry City," because of the cherry festivals that were held periodically during the Twentieth Century http://www.salemhistory.net/events/acherrians.html.

add a home office for your business look (watsonville) 1bd

Do you need a solution for additional space at your home, but you don't want to spend $40,000 - $60,000 on a home addition?  Check out our website with pictures at www.ecoscapeoutdoor.com .  We are pleased to have factory direct distribution centers for our cottages out of Salem, Oregon, San Diego, Cal.,  Las Vegas, Nv. and soon to be Houston and Baton Rouge, with more coming soon!   This gorgeous & spacious cottage is a perfect solution for a home office, an art studio, a guest room or just a quiet garden sanctuary.  We ingeniously prefabricate the wall panels, roof trusses and floor system in our factory, so that it is simply and quickly assembled on site in 2-3 days. A virtual COTTAGE-IN-A-BOX! This also helps to keep the cost to a more affordable level, while ensuring high quality materials.  We build the cottage packages to national building codes, using standard wall, floor and roof framing techniques using only the highest quality building materials, no short cuts here at all. The windows and doors are very energy efficient double pane and insulated with Low E Glass and aesthetic white cross grids.    We also have available our new popular roof system that is a "Copper Classic"  steel roof designed to last 25+ years. We also have the more typical composite roof system (optional) using fiberglass/asphalt architectural shingles. The cottage is completely trimmed and finished out on the outside, and 95% finished on the inside, leaving only the decorative wall coverings (above the 32" high wainscot)  and floor coverings for you to decorate and finish.  We even supply a commercial grade, 12 gauge extension cord for you to plug into your electrical supply source for enough power for lights, heating, a computer, etc. You always have the option of having your own handyman or electrician do more extensive wiring (probably take 3 - 6 hours) , but that is not something we get involved in since we are a manufacturer, not a contractor.   We currently have three models that all qualify for a $1000 instant fall factory rebate. This brings the price of the cottage package down to an almost unbelievable price of :   10' x 12'  $6450     120 sq. ft. 10' x 16'  $7450     160 sq. ft. 10' x 20'  $8450     200 sq. ft. 10? x 24   $9450    240 sq. ft.10? x 30?  $11450  300 sq. ft.    These are the summer 2008 prices and we cannot guarantee those prices beyond 7/31/08 of this year. Even a cursory internet search for "guest cabin" and "cottage" prices around the country will reveal that anything close to what we have to offer easily costs in the $12,000 - $18,000 range, and even at that price would be a bargain!   You always have the option of installing the cottage yourself, with a couple friends over the weekend.  WWW.ECOSCAPEOUTDOOR.COM OR CALL FOR MORE INFO 888 275 8969
