Safflower oil
Safflower oil is an oil extracted from the safflower seed. It contains more polyunsaturated fat molecules than any other oil.

Safflower oil is primarily used as a cooking oil. It is flavorless and colorless. It is often used in salad dressing, for deep-frying, and for the production of margarine. It may also be taken as a nutritional supplement.

Safflower oil is also used in painting in the place of linseed oil, particularly with white, as it does not have the yellow tint which linseed oil possesses.
